After finishing with the first scene at 10:30 am, we were ready for the close up shots of Jenny, Geo and Emmy.

Brandon demonstrates his confidence in handling recording equipment.

Emmy, from Jones, describes for Geo and Jenny that the grime on their bodies is from Houston traffic.

Then we were on our way to downtown. Saying goodbye to the Jones students for the last time was sad, but we'll be hearing from them soon. Our first b-roll was shot in front of the Bank One Center at the intersection of Milam and Walker streets. As the students were getting worn out from the sun, we shot a few more b-rolls around the downtown area, including some in front of the Wells Fargo Plaza and the One Shell Plaza.

By 9am, Jenny and Geo were ready to shoot, along with Emmy, our talent from Jones H.S. As always, the Jones students were actively working with crew and Milwaukee students to experience this rare opportunity.

The sun provides great filming conditions downtown, but the heat is intense in Texas! To think they're in a cold spell!

Downtown was a beautiful place, but the pollution was evident, even visually. As if we were in Easy Breathers itself, we noticed the "grime" on our skin after being in the city all day long.

We couldn't wait to get back to our hotel rooms and freshen up. Mittsy Voiles, from the Wisconsin DNR, along with Lois, Julius and Brian from the crew, drove around in rush hour documenting traffic. Meanwhile, the Milwaukee students, along with Ms. Sattler, Mr. Holmes and Jenny Pelej, went to the Galleria. After some shopping, we went to dinner at The Cheesecake Factory where everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It's been a long, productive and exciting day. I think everyone is looking forward to a little rest and relaxation tomorrow as we finish our taping and head to Dallas.
